this is an EV-charging-station planner (a gas station, but electricity). you draw the forecourt, pick a mix of charge points (AC + DC fast/HPC), add on-site solar and battery, and the model estimates throughput, grid needs, revenue and payback.

throughput = each charge point's expected daily energy (by type) × a demand multiplier × 365. revenue is the operator margin (retail − wholesale) per kWh, which varies by charger type — DC fast commands a higher €/kWh margin than AC destination.

solar yield uses location-derived peak-sun-hours (latitude fit to nrel/pvgis tmy, ±10%) × 0.80 performance ratio. self-consumption offsets the grid at the wholesale price (€0.09/kWh marginal).
